ABUJA-

In a historic move toward reconnecting Africa with its global Diaspora, the Africa-International Tourism and Economic Council (AITEC-World) has declared full support for the IPADA Initiatives 5 Years Plan- a visionary effort aims at strengthen ties between Africa and its descendants abroad.

Speaking at the prestigious Presidential Banquet Hall of the State House in Abuja, Nigeria, Wednesday, Amb. Dine Bouraima, President of AITEC-World, hailed the initiative as a turning point in Africa’s socio-economic and cultural evolution. The IPADA Initiative, led by Otunba Dr. Wanle Akinboboye, seeks to serve as a powerful bridge between the continent and the millions of Africans in the Diaspora — particularly across the Caribbean and the Americas.

“We are not merely unveiling a project — we are embracing a movement that has the power to redefine the role of the African Diaspora in the world,” declared Amb. Bouraima in his rousing keynote address.

The IPADA Vision: A Strategic Renaissance
Amb. Bouraima emphasized that IPADA aligns perfectly with AITEC’s goals. He described the initiative as a “strategic renaissance” that would ignite economic growth, foster cultural exchange, and promote long-term unity between Africa and its extended family.

“Imagine what can happen when 44 million Caribbean descendants voluntarily connect with 1.5 billion Africans,” he said. “This is not just about heritage. It’s about business, innovation, culture, and wealth creation.”

A Call to Action and the Next Milestone
In closing, the AITEC-World President invited all stakeholders and the international community to join the official launch of AITEC-World on August 14, 2025, at the Continental Hotel, Abuja, from 9:00 AM. The event is expected to host high-level dignitaries, business leaders, and cultural icons from across Africa and the Diaspora.

“Africa is not just ready — Africa is leading,” Amb. Bouraima concluded, as the audience erupted in applause.
